About me

I have started my college studies with an interest in the human mind and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Neuroscience from Florida Atlantic University. From there, I obtained a Master's degree in Physician Assistant medicine from Nova Southeastern University. I have additionally obtained a degree in medical education from A.T. Still University and training in family systems therapy from Touro University. All of my graduate education was obtained at osteopathic institutions which emphasized a mind-body-spirit approach to health. I have worked as a psychiatric clinician in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, addiction, and child psychiatry. Over time, I have developed a particular interest in psychotherapy and mood disorders. I received additional training in psychodynamic therapy from the Florida Psychoanalytic Center. I am currently an analyst-in-training with the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association of NY. Additionally, I have been a student of various Eastern and Western esoteric traditions.

Having educational background in both medicine and psychotherapy, I can appreciate the intricacy of human nature and many forms mental and spiritual suffering can take. I have focused my practice on Jungian psychotherapy/analysis as a vehicle to heal the soul; however, I am also able to adress the physiological symptoms with medication management when needed.
